The Cremation Ash Collector is a product specifically designed for funeral homes to clean the area around cremation furnaces, remove slag from inside the furnace, or collect cremated remains. It addresses the messy and unsanitary conditions surrounding cremation furnaces and prevents dust from scattering during the collection of cremated remains. This product features an integrated motor-fan design and offers notable characteristics such as a compact structure, long service life, low noise, stable performance, and the ability to operate continuously for extended periods. The electrical system must include ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) protection, ensuring safety and convenience while reducing the physical strain on cremation operators and improving the work environment.
1. This ash collector must be paired with a high-quality vortex pump to ensure smooth and quiet operation with minimal vibration and no oil leakage. The pressure rod design should be sturdy and durable with high load-bearing capacity, making it easier to dump and recover materials. The suction port diameter can be customized according to funeral home requirements (Ø50mm–Ø60mm). The front-mounted cyclone collection device is highly effective and can be installed separately. This cremated remains collector is specifically designed for use with various cremation equipment, particularly ash-sorting cremation machines, and can also be used to clean the area around the cremation furnace or remove residual ash from inside the furnace. 2. The equipment is equipped with an automatic dust purification system and features a cooling function. 3. Operating environment: Indoor. 4. Operating temperature: Ambient temperature. 5. Detailed Specifications for the Upper Exhaust Duct
1. The upper exhaust system requires a double-layer design with a total duct length of 16 meters. It is constructed using 100×45×5 channel steel, 8mm steel plates, lightweight refractory bricks, and high-alumina insulation wool to ensure airtightness.
2. Due to the heavy weight of the top exhaust duct, load-bearing support frames made of cotton must be designed to reduce pressure on the furnace body.
Filter Bag Specifications
Dimensions: Measure diameter yourself; 150 bags with a length of 1500 mm, and 150 bags with a length of 2000 mm.
Filter Bag Material: P84 material.
P84 high-temperature, acid- and alkali-resistant needle-punched filter felt is a new type of high-temperature filtration material produced using polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) chemical fibers and PTFE manufactured by Austria’s Entec and Toray Industries, following the manufacturing process for high-temperature needle-punched felt. It maintains excellent filtration performance in harsh environments and achieves an ideal service life.
It demonstrates exceptional performance in the following applications:
Flue gas containing sulfur oxides and dust-laden gas with high humidity.
Operating temperature: 160°C, with short-term peaks up to 210°C.
Partition Wall Between the Entrance Hall and the Preparation Room
To ensure the workshop remains neat and aesthetically pleasing, a wall was constructed between the entrance hall and the preparation room to facilitate the installation of a preparation room door. The wall was finished with a porcelain-like white plaster, and the ceiling was decorated with glazed tiles. The wall is 12 meters long and 4.4 meters high.
