Overall Specifications |
Dimensions: L*W*H=7000*2060*4500MM (±10%)
|
|
|
Modular Heat Exchanger |
(1) Dimensions: L*W*H=2300*1900*3220 mm (±10%) (2) High-temperature heat exchanger: Constructed using 3 mm (± 10%) seamless stainless steel tubes arranged in a grid pattern, equipped with three 2.2 kW axial fans for rapid heat dissipation. Exhaust gas temperature drops below 200°C within 2 seconds, effectively decomposing dioxins. The flue gas passes through heat dissipation tubes with high pressure resistance, meeting the process requirements for dioxin elimination. Simultaneously, it bypasses condensation points, ensuring the filter bags always operate in a dry state, making dust easy to clean. It features an inspection port/ inspection ports. The high-temperature heat exchanger is constructed from 6mm (±10%) high-quality stainless steel plate, with permeability ensuring no corrosion penetration for 6 years. |
|
2 |
Desulfurization, Deacidification, and Degreasing System |
Utilizes a dry method for acid reduction and desulfurization. Constructed from stainless steel with a thickness of 3 mm (±10%) per national standards, it is corrosion-resistant and heat-resistant. Calcium carbonate and alkali powder are used for acid neutralization to achieve reduced acid emissions. |
|
4 |
Pulse-Jet Baghouse Dust Collection System |
Filter housing dimensions: 3010 × 2060 × 4500 mm (±10%) The dust collector’s processing capacity is determined by the flue gas volume, with a dust removal efficiency of 99%. It features an automatic cleaning system and is constructed of stainless steel with a thickness of 3 mm (±10%) in accordance with national standards. It is corrosion-resistant and heat-resistant. The system includes 115 filter bags. |
|
5 |
Activated Carbon Adsorption System |
Activated carbon adsorbs toxic and harmful gases and eliminates odors with an efficiency of over 95%. The activated carbon is replaced at scheduled intervals and in specified quantities. The material is made of stainless steel with a thickness of 3 mm (±10%) per national standard, and is corrosion-resistant and heat-resistant. |
|
6 |
Screw Compressor |
We select well-known brands that are fully automatic, vibration-free, low-noise, reliable in operation, and have a long service life. They are matched with the equipment (air receivers are designed according to pressure vessel standards and equipped with refrigerated dryers and filters) |
|
7 |
Draft system |
Features variable frequency control, high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and reliable performance with no vibration. Utilizes well-known brands to ensure the furnace chamber pressure remains above -200 Pa during empty furnace operation. 18.5 kW induced draft fan. |
|
8 |
Control System |
Features integrated operation with the cremation furnace, including seamless switching between computer-automated control, manual control, and jog control. The touchscreen display uses a 10-inch screen, and the PLC controller, relays, proximity switches, limit switches, and other electrical components are all from well-known brands. The PLC one-button automatic control system offers both automatic and manual operation modes. Automatic operation is synchronized with the cremation furnace; switching to exhaust gas mode does not affect the operational procedures or methods in the cremation machine’s rear chamber. After startup, operations such as pulsed ash discharge are automatically performed by the PLC based on sensor data, eliminating the need for manual control. This achieves full automation, reducing accidents caused by human error, extending equipment lifespan, and alleviating the workload on operators. The Human-Machine Interface (HMI) displays the entire exhaust gas operation process and the operational status of each piece of equipment. The system utilizes an imported 200Smart PLC to control equipment and monitor exhaust gas operating conditions. |
|
9 |
Chimney |
The material (including connectors and fasteners) is made of high-quality stainless steel, with a thickness of 3 mm (±10%) per national standards, and a height of 12 meters.
|
|
10 |
Emergency Bypass Exhaust System |
The cremator can continue to operate normally during maintenance or in the event of a malfunction of the exhaust gas purification equipment. The system is constructed of stainless steel with a thickness of 3 mm (±10%) in accordance with national standards. The flue gas ductwork offers high pressure resistance, and its permeability ensures it will not corrode through within 6 years.
|
|
11 |
Power |
Total equipment power ≤ 35 kW. |
|
12 |
Service Life |
Normal service life ≥ 10 years |
|
13 |
Connecting Pipes |
Ensure no air leaks; all valves must be heat-resistant. |
|
14 |
Results after installation of the exhaust gas treatment system: |
(1) Flue gas blackness: Under normal conditions, it reaches Ringelmann Class 0; under special conditions, it is less than Ringelmann Class 1. During low atmospheric pressure or high air humidity, no blue smoke should form around the facility, there should be no floating particles in the exhaust gas, and no odors should be present around the workshop. (2) Pollutant Emission Standards: Complies with the GB13801-2015 pollutant emission standards. (3) The exhaust gas treatment equipment ensures the cremation machine can continuously cremate more than 10 bodies.
