3 common mistakes in the use of incinerators?

1.1 Abundant transpiration of water in polluted oil

Perhaps many people think that whether an industrial waste gas combustion furnace can burn smoothly at level 7 (burning dirty oil alone) largely depends on the quality of the dirty oil. However, through our repeated internships, we have proven that as long as the dirty oil does not contain too much water, stable level 7 combustion is not a problem and has little impact on the quality of the dirty oil. So the abundant transpiration of water in the contaminated oil before combustion is particularly important.

The dirty oil is heated moderately in the OIL RESIDUE TANK at the bottom of the cabin to complete the initial separation of oil and water. It is then transferred to the combustion furnace dirty oil tank and heated with steam to a high temperature of 95-100 ℃, which can evaporate 400-500 liters of water every 24 hours. If the steam opening is too small, the heating temperature of the dirty oil cannot be raised, and the transpiration cannot achieve the desired effect, which not only affects the processing speed of dirty oil and water but also affects the stable combustion of the dirty oil afterwards.

1.2 Initial Setting and Correction of Several Operating Parameters

① The SLUDGE ONLY option in the Program SELECT MANUAL Control menu must be selected as YES, indicating a commitment to burning dirty oil alone (level 7).

② Enter the second level secret code 1369 to enter the factory parameter setting menu, and correct the AUTO FACT in the FLOORY SETTING to OFF. This means that any parameter correction will not actively recover after 10 minutes. If this setting is set to ON, all parameter corrections will be automatically restored to the factory parameter setting state after 10 minutes.

③ The lower temperature setting for dirty oil treatment is SLTN, with a factory setting of 80 ℃. This parameter needs to be continuously adjusted. Since the dirty oil did not erupt at the beginning, the temperature sensor is detecting the ambient temperature. Therefore, SLTN can be changed to 30 ℃ at the beginning to allow the dirty oil to burn without waiting for a moment. As the temperature of the dirty oil displayed on the control screen increases, adjust this parameter from time to time to ensure that the combustion process does not alarm or stall until the temperature of the dirty oil stabilizes at 80 degrees Celsius and stops. But if the dirty oil tank is not heated and the temperature of the dirty oil does not reach 80 ℃, the method of correcting this parameter cannot be used to burn the dirty oil early Due to the fact that the temperature of the dirty oil does not reach 80 ℃ and is sprayed into the furnace early, it not only affects the spraying and atomization, but also leads to the occurrence of pollutants due to careless combustion

Except for the above three points, other parameters do not need to be adjusted. Of course, with proficient operation, one can also make appropriate adjustments to other parameters based on actual conditions, with the aim of keeping the process before reaching level 7 as short as possible to save as much light oil as possible, and allowing the combustion process to continue smoothly without alarming or stalling. A 400 liter diesel tank in a combustion furnace usually burns dirty oil more than ten times without any problem, and with less consumption of light oil, the combustion cost is very low.
